Yuno is a reward website that connects you to surveys about many different, interesting topics. In return for sharing your opinion, we reward you with points that can be later exchanged for gift vouchers (Amazon cards and similar).How does Yuno work?

How will I receive my reward?
Rewards are processed through our partner, Tango Cards. After we have approved your reward, you will receive an email confirmation from us. Tango Card will then process the reward and send you an email with a gift voucher code and instructions on how to redeem your reward.Why do I get paid for completing surveys?
Market research companies, like us, partner with large companies based around the world that would like consumers' feedback on all types of goods and services. These companies pay us for every completed survey. We use these funds to offer you rewards to complete surveys.How many points do I need before I can redeem a reward?
Once you have reached the minimum threshold, you can request to redeem your reward. The minimum threshold varies depending on your country and the chosen reward type. Please go to “Rewards†section in your user account for more information.How long until I receive my reward after I have redeemed it?
We typically send out the rewards at the end of each week. Taking into consideration the processing time of our partner Tango Card, you will get your reward within 5-10 working days.Sometimes it might take longer to receive your reward. This is because of quality checks. In these rare cases, the process can take up to 14 working days.
Is my information safe?
Your information is protected and cannot be accessed by third parties. We only pass on the information that you provide in your survey responses, which is used exclusively for market research purposes.If you decide to cash out, we will pass your email address, type of reward, and reward amount to our partner Tango Card in order for them to process your reward.
Is there a maximum amount of surveys I can do per day?
You can complete a maximum of 3 surveys per day. However, sometimes this number will be less because there are no more surveys available that match your profile. If this happens, we encourage you to try again a bit later.
